The data will not be communicated or distributed and will be kept only for the time strictly necessary to carry out the abovementioned activity and, in no case, for longer than 6 months.

The HR Director is responsible for the treatment of data. An updated list of other directors may be consulted in the personnel department.
You may get in touch with the company or the HR Director to demand your rights as foreseen in article 7 of the Privacy code. Specifically you may ask for confirmation of the existence of data regarding you, obtain the cancellation (for legitimate reasons), the updating and the correction of this data.
